Inspired by typefaces designed in the Midlands during the early days of movable type. With crisp clear serifs and well balanced characters, Hille is suitable for a range of purposes.
The name is derived from Easy Hill the land on which the home of John Baskerville once stood.
The Hille typeface is designed to mimic a pen based script whilst incorporating more modern twists, and stretching the rules with digital processes. This allows characters to have a traditional form.
